What was I thinking?!??!  I had a good record going against Eric at work with our bets against each other.  But nope, I had to bet one more time!  We had a blast taking a bus full of people up to the game, even if the Bears lost!  this was our fighting stance before the game

and then…I am so sad for the Bears loss and Eric is so happy for the Vikings win! 

We got a lot of love from Santa Clause and his Wife, Mrs. Clause this year!  (They happen to be my aunt and uncle.)  But they are special enough to have a little bit of Santa’s magic sprinkled in their coat and are able to spread the Christmas Cheer! 

So I took a look at my blog and realized it was in Sept. 2012 when I last updated it!  and then somehow I started to delete posts!!!! It had been too long since I put anything on my blog that I am surprised I even remembered my password!

We had lunch on Sunday with some family and Peyton got to know his Great Aunt Katie.  They seemed to bond well. 

And then he got to know his Great Uncle Earl!  What a fun day!

I was out on vacation Monday and Tuesday.  I was asked to be a sponsor for my niece, Hanna’s,  confirmation and I was honnored and so very proud to stand up as her sponsor at her Holy confirmation on Monday night.  She is such a wonderful young lady! 

I got some new wall sayings from Uppercase Living.  The first one I put behind my stove. 

The next saying I put up under my counters in the kitchen.  And as you can see, the saying is very true in my kitchen.

And the reason for my big mess?  I tried my hand at making scones.  They turned out pretty good.  My husband likes them, so that tells me I did alright on them.

It's both I think!  Once we get the music going, it's hard to not dance!

I bowl every other Tuesday night on a ladies league and this past Tuesday was my best bowling score EVER!!!  My average is a 135 and I got a 143, 145, and a 212!!! My highest score for one game was a 202, but not anymore!   I even picked up a 4, 7,10 split!  Here are a few of the ladies on my team.  From left to right… Kelly, Kristy, me, Bekah and Darci.  We have  a few other ladies who sub with us too but these were the ones with me on Tuesday night.
