I have recently become slightly addicted to the website Pintrest. I love it because most of the websites have easy directions and pictures to most of the projects. Here is my easy cake recipe that I learned on Saturday when I had a Pampered Chef party at my house. Easy…and with pictures!
You need a Pampered Chef fluted pan (or a microwave safe cake pan)
nuts (I used walnuts but you can crush any nuts really)
3 snicker bars cut into pieces
a chocolate cake mix ( I used a chocolate fudge one)
and chocolate frosting in the can. you will use 3/4th the can (I happened to have 2 cans that were about 1/2 full each)

You need to grease your pan well. Chop your nuts and layer them on the bottom of your fluted pan.

Next cut up your snicker bars and put them on top of the nuts in your pan.

Mix your cake as directed on the box and pour it in the pan. Scoop the frosting out by the spoonful and drop it on the top of the cake mix in your pan. I think I had 6 or 7 dollops of frosting on the cake mix. Put your pan in the microwave and cook it for 12-14 min (depending on the power of your microwave)

you will know your cake is done when you can see if puff up and pull away from the sides of your cake pan.

Let it cool off a bit so you can handle the pan. Then you put your pretty cake plate on top of the pan (which I don’t have. I used a dinner plate) and flip it over. Ta-Da!!! ENJOY
